In order to keep our personnel 100% compliant within the indusrty’s D&A testing requirements, B & S maintains a compliant membership with DISA-EPCC and DISA-PHMSA Consortium Policies.
We utilize OQSG of Lafayette, LA for its Operator Qualification Training (OQ). Our OQ program was specifically developed to comply with the Office of Pipeline Safety of U.S Department of Transportation’s (DOT) Qualification of Pipeline Personnel Regulation (49 CFR Part 192 Subpart N and Part 195 Subpart G). B&S complies with all of our client’s OQ requirements.
